Ducati will try to tackle Marc Marquez again next season. According to Giacomo Agostini's prediction, the Italian manufacturer will not be able to achieve it.
Ducati has been a challenger to Marquez for the past three seasons. However, the Repsol Honda rider was successful in forcing Andrea Dovizioso to be satisfied with the runner-up status.
Especially in the 2019 MotoGP, Marquez showed amazing performance after winning 12 wins and never finished outside the top two in 18 races that were successfully completed. The Spaniard then finished the season by exceeding 400 points, which became the record points in this championship.
Marquez will again become the most championed rider in 2020. Agostini believes Ducati will not be able to match the superiority of the eight-time world champion.
"Ducati is working hard. Surely they want to win, but Honda also wants to win, just like Yamaha and Suzuki,
"The important thing is they will have to ask Marquez if Ducati can win. At Borgo Panigale, they need his permission to succeed."
Marquez had achieved great success when he was 26 years old. With the rest of his long career, Marquez is predicted to surpass Agostini's record of 15 world titles.
"Can he beat me? Marquez is still very young, but he has won so many championships. Maybe he can suati today. Marc has promised me that if he succeeds in beating me, he will invite me to his party, with many friends and girls, "joked Agostini.
