The Italian MotoGP legend, Giacomo Agostini, admitted that he was sad to see Jorge Lorenzo's poor performance while defending the Repsol Honda team in the 2019 MotoGP.
Staying digadang will be a death duo with Marc Marquez, Jorge Lorenzo actually undergoing a tough first season at Repsol Honda.
Throughout last season, the Spanish rider always won minor results.
In fact, the best results achieved by Lorenzo only finished 11th in the 2019 French MotoGP race which took place at the Le Mans Circuit.
Difficult to find the rhythm when driving with RC213V makes Lorenzo unable to compete with other elite riders.
Lorenzo's situation became more complicated after he crashed in the 2019 motoGP free training session which took place at the Assen Circuit.
As a result of the incident, Lorenzo had to pull over from the racetrack and miss four successive series due to a spinal injury.
In the end, Lorenzo decided to hang his helmet, aka retire ahead of the rolling of the last MotoGP 2019 race which took place at the Ricardo Tormo Circuit, Valencia.
