Trent Alexander-Arnold will not leave Liverpool in his career. He wants to win as many trophies as possible and retire as captain of the Reds.

Trent is the original product of the Liverpool academy which climbed into the first team in 2016 at the age of 18. After that, Trent became a permanent resident of Liverpool's starting line-up at the right-back post.

Under Juergen Klopp's care, Trent's career sped up and is said to be the best right-back in the world today. Trent was even able to collect 20 assists from last season in the Premier League, more than any other player.

Being able to bring Liverpool to win the Champions League trophy, European Super Cup and Club World Cup makes Trent's name more fragrant. At the same time, rumors emerged about the future of the West Derby-born player, Liverpool.

Some big clubs like Real Madrid and Barcelona are reportedly interested in it. But, the news was hastily denied by Trent who ensured his future was at Liverpool.

He wants to win as many trophies as possible at the club and then become the club captain like Steven Gerrard.

"I always wanted to be a club legend. Winning a lot of championship trophies, playing as much as possible, winning games, then becoming a captain," Trent told Sportbladet.

"Of course I can't become a legend if I leave Liverpool and play in another club. So that's my focus and making this club as successful as possible," he continued.

Trent has appeared 112 times in all competitions with a score of six goals.
