Differences with Mourinho, Lampard Believe in Chelsea Young Players

Chelsea manager Frank Lampard quips Tottenham Hotspur manager Jose Mourinho. This time about the departure of Mohamed Salah and Kevin De Bruyne when The Special One was still gushing Chelsea.

When Mourinho came a second time to coach the Blues in the summer of 2013, De Bruyne was already in the squad. Meanwhile, Salah brought him in the winter of 2014 from Basel for 11 million Paun.

The decision was proven wrong. De Bruyne shined with Wolfsburg, making Manchester City willing to pay 75 million Euros to recruit him. While Salah finally bought Liverpool for 42 million Euros. Both appearances have finally skyrocketed and have contributed to the trophy for their respective teams.
The condition was insinuated by Lampard during a press conference ahead of Chelsea v Southampton in the 19th week of the English League on Tuesday (12/24). Although not mentioning the name, but the story told by Lampard is similar to the situation experienced by Mourinho, De Bruyne, and Salah.

"At the moment, my position is different, I will retain the young players that I have," he added.
