Manchester United coach Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is not sure whether Harry Maguire will be fit to play against Manchester City in the Carabao Cup or the English League Cup.
The Manchester derby, which brings Manchester United and Manchester City together, will be held in the coming midweek.
However, ahead of the grand party, Man United get bad news.
One of their pillars at the back, Harry Maguire, is doubtful for the match.
Maguire played in the FA Cup match against Wolverhampton Wanderers early this morning and was seen in pain in the middle of the match.
However, Maguire managed to complete 90 minutes of the match.
Even so, United's coach, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, admitted that he almost pulled out Maguire in the middle of the match.
He also revealed that Maguire is likely to miss the match against Man City.
"I don't know," Solskjaer said when asked if Maguire might play Manchester City.
"We almost pulled him in the first round against Wolves, but he fought hard," Solskjaer was quoted as saying by BolaSport.com from the official Manchester United website.
"Now we will see if he can recover soon. We hope so."
Manchester United's match against Manchester City in the English League Cup will be held at the headquarters of The Red Devils, Old Trafford Stadium
The match will be the first leg of the English League Cup semifinal, where the second leg will be held at the end of January.
