An imam from a mosque in the Liverpool area, Al-Thabi, said the Reds Player Sadio Mane likes to disguise himself when he comes to the mosque to perform worship.

Appearing impressive with Liverpool and the Senegalese national team, Sadio Mane apparently has another side when off the field.

Known as a devout Muslim, Sadio Mane often visits the mosque to worship.

In 2018, the imam of a mosque in the Liverpool region, Al-Thabi, dismantled the other side of Sadio Mane.

Based on Al-Thabi's testimony, Mane always let go of his luxury when he came to the mosque.

Like people in general, Mane did not look very striking when carrying out worship to the mosque.

Al-Thabi said that Mane only used ordinary cars despite having a Bentley when going to the mosque.

This was seen by Al-Thabi as if Mane was disguised as an ordinary person.

"He often goes to the mosque. At home, he has a Bentley, but he comes in an ordinary car, so it's like a disguise," Al-Thabi said.

The Imam of a Liverpool Mosque : “Sadio often comes to the mosque. At home he has a Bentley but he comes to us in an ordinary car.

He’s not out seeking attention and nor is he arrogant. He even helps clean the Mosque toilet.”

The priest rated Mane as a humble and helpful person.

"He has many initiatives and helped build a mosque in his home village (Bambali, red)," Al-Thabi said.

A month ago, Legit.ng took part in uncovering the side of Mane who cared about Senegal.

Mane set aside his salary to build schools, hospitals, mosques and stadiums for the people of Senegal.

"I think I am a very important role model to set a good example and also help people in need," Mane said, quoted by Briefly.co.za.

Mane also advised that every human being should give one another to those in need.

"In fact, not only for soccer players, but for every type of human being giving to those in need," said Mane.
