American MLS club, DC United, reportedly eyeing Arsenal midfielder, Mesut Oezil, and is holding new talks related to the transfer of the player.

If Oezil came to MLS and the American capital, Steven Goff (Washington Post journalist) indicated that the winter of 2021 might be the date of his arrival.
DC United first made contact with Oezil in August last year, when they wanted the German to replace Wayne Rooney, who moved to Derby County.

The 31-year-old still has an 18-month contract remaining at Emirates and DC United feels they have a better chance of signing him in the winter of 2021.
