While AS Roma, the club intending to buy Perez, are reluctant to include a clause like that in the Perez transfer deal.
Whereas before the two clubs had almost agreed to complete the transfer of Perez in the near future.
Rome has submitted a bid of 15 million euros to redeem Perez.
