Barcelona Manager Without Repurchase Options Will Not Sell Carles Perez.

Barcelona forward Carles Perez is reportedly going to move to AS Roma soon.

Barcelona are reportedly not willing to release their young striker Carles Perez to AS Roma if there is no buyback option in his contract.

Carles Perez's move to Rome is in danger of being canceled because Barcelona is determined to only sell it if they have a buyback option.

While AS Roma, the club intending to buy Perez, are reluctant to include a clause like that in the Perez transfer deal.

Whereas before the two clubs had almost agreed to complete the transfer of Perez in the near future.

Rome has submitted a bid of 15 million euros to redeem Perez.

Barcelona has also agreed to the value of the transfer and is ready to release Perez in the transfer market this winter.

However, the tug of war over the buyback clause makes Perez have to postpone his move, at least until both clubs agree on this.

Barcelona itself doesn't mind if Perez stays at the club even though the player won't get many minutes playing.

With this impasse, it does not mean that Perez's transfer process stops immediately.

The two clubs reportedly will hold talks again related to this.

But Barcelona's attitude is clear, they will only release Perez if Rome agrees to a clause that allows bringing home the player in the future.
