Conor McGregor is scheduled to hold a match against Donald Cerrone at UFC 246 at T-Mobile Arena, Las Vegas, Sunday (1/19/2020).
This match is called a comeback because since meeting Khabib Nurmagomedov at UFC 229 in October 2018, McGregor hasn't returned to the octagon yet.
In his last match, the 31-year-old fighter had to accept defeat after submitting a tap out alias surrender from Khabib Nurmagomedov in the fourth round.
As a result of this, Ali Abdulaziz, also returned to reminisce at the same time flicked McGregor and John Kavanagh.
Previously they said that they could subvert Nurmagomedov in a matter of rounds.
But the opposite happened.
Nurmagomedov maintained his winning record while defeating McGregor.
As a result Abdulaziz called the McGregor and team as a liar.
"Listen, his coach before the fight (with Nurmagomedov) said 'He is ready, he will take Nurmagomedov in three rounds, he has never been in better condition',
"And after that, they say they have a scary training camp. They are (actually) liars," he said.
After holding the match against McGregor, Nurmagomedov was subject to sanctions from the UFC for causing post-match riots.
However, this Russian man has made a comeback against Dustin Poirier at UFC 242, September 2018 ago.
He is also scheduled to compete again with Tony Ferguson in April 2020.
