Gareth Bale Will Continue To Score, A Warning For Real Madrid
Gareth Bale became the hero of Wales national team victory over Azerbaijan in the EURO 2020 qualifying match. He scored Wales's second goal in the 84th minute and awarded a 2-1 victory.
Wales coach Ryan Giggs is certainly very happy with Bale's contribution. He believes Bale is not bothered by his problems at Real Madrid, instead he is increasingly focused on playing.
Bale was included in the list of selling Los Blancos this summer. Zinedine Zidane doesn't want it. However, until the end of the transfer market, Bale still wore the Madrid costume.
Therefore, Giggs believes Bale will prove himself. Read the full review below, Bolaneters!
Although ignored by Zidane, Bale still proves its quality when he gets the chance. He is Madrid's top scorer in three 2019/20 La Liga matches so far.
"Clearly Gareth has scored many important goals for Wales over the years," Giggs told Sky Sports.
"Normally, when he starts scoring goals, he will continue to score goals. So I am very happy to see him score for Real Madrid last week."
"Just like other players, he showed great character. Keep going until the end, I am very happy for him," he continued.
However, this season is considered Bale's most important season since joining Madrid. He is required to prove himself as the successor to Cristiano Ronaldo, the new superstar Los Blancos.
Unfortunately, Bale has had a recurring injury in recent years. Rhythm of the game is often stopped because of injury and difficult to peak again once recovered.
In addition, Bale is also not enough to prove his professionalism. He is still not fluent in Spanish, even though he has been there for six years.
Gareth Bale also failed to save Real Madrid from falling last season.
