Ligue 1 Standings and Match Week 8 results

For the third time in a row, Neymar managed to be a decisive winner for Paris Saint-Germain. This time, Neymar further strengthened PSG's position at the top of Ligue 1 after the single goal was able to defeat Bordeaux.

PSG's victory isn't the only interesting record in Ligue 1 this weekend. Below, AS Monaco won the second win of the season after beating Brest 4-1 on Sunday (29/9).

Returning to the top flight, Angers and Nantes continue to be the surprise team earlier this season, Angers entrenched in the top two in Ligue 1 after drawing against Amiens. Meanwhile, Nantes managed to sit in third place in Ligue 1 after the victory over Olympique Lyon.

For Lyon, Nantes's defeat complicates their task of competing at the top of the table. Because fellow Memphis Depay is currently in 11th Ligue 1 championship with nine points.
