MotoGP legend from the United States, Wayne Rainey, suggested Jonathan Rea to compete in MotoGP racing.
The progress of the British racer, Jonathan Rea, at the World Superbike (WSBK) event has no doubt.

For five consecutive seasons since 2015, Rea has always managed to become a world champion with the Kawasaki team.

Last season, the 32-year-old rider was able to show impressive performance despite being saggy at the start of the season.

Yes, Rea failed to stem the speed of the Aruba Ducati team driver, Alvaro Bautista, who dominated the early WSBK 2019 races.

However, slowly, Rea managed to improve his performance and reached his first highest podium for the 2019 season after performing brilliantly in the WSBK race 1 session of Italy which took place at the Imola Circuit.

After competing against Bautista throughout the 2019 season, Rea finally won his fifth world title at WSBK.

Rea managed to collect a total of 663 points or 165 points ahead of Bautista who ended the 2019 WSBK in second place.

Rainey believes, Rea will be the best British racer to ever compete in MotoGP.

Previously, Rea had appeared in MotoGP, precisely in the 2012 season with the Repsol Honda team.

However, he only got the chance in just two races.

"He will be the best British racer in MotoGP, he has been racing for a long time," said the 59-year-old man.

"Besides, he has felt the struggle with his career when he got a motor that is less competitive," he said again.

According to Rainey, Rea and Kawasaki motorbikes are a combination that is hard to beat at WSBK.

"Kawasaki is a weapon at WSBK, with Jonathan Rea being a combination that is hard to beat," said Wayne Rainey,
