Hot! Romelu Lukaku Reply to Gary Neville's Criticism: He is Paid for Blabbering!

Romelu Lukaku could not help but reply to Gary Neville's comments, which doubted his professionalism. Lukaku stressed that he always gave everything to football.
Lukaku completed the transfer to Inter Milan this summer, leaving Manchester United as a bad memory. Lukaku's transfer was one of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's decisions, who didn't seem to like the Belgian striker very much.

As always, everything about MU always invites comments. Lukaku's departure was criticized by Neville, who said: "He will score goals and play well at Inter Milan, but his unprofessional attitude is contagious!"

Don't doubt me!

Lukaku, who appeared impressive on his debut match for Inter Milan, was infuriated by Neville's comments. He did not like anyone doubting his professionalism, Lukaku even invited Neville to ask directly to every coach who had known him.

"Don't doubt my professionalism. I live for this game. I spend all the time at home. I try to do everything to improve." Lukaku told BBC Sport.

"He [Neville] may talk about my fitness but he should never say anything about my professionalism, that I am not working hard enough."

"He can't say something like that," he continued.

Paid to Blab

Furthermore, Lukaku knew last year's performance was less than optimal, but that had nothing to do with professionalism. Lukaku knew Neville was paid to comment, however that was Neville's work as an analils.

"Last year was just a bad year. That can happen in football. You just need to move. I can't sit still and react negatively," Lukaku continued.

"We are both grown men. He is an analyst. He is paid to say things like this. I am paid to play soccer."

"I just want to do my best for Inter Milan. That's it," he said.
