Expensive, Barcelona Ready to Withdraw from Neymar Hunt
La Liga giant, Barcelona reportedly preparing to withdraw from the hunt for Neymar's signature because the price set by PSG is too expensive.
Neymar has indeed become one of the main talks at the transfer window this summer. The Brazilian bomber reportedly wanted to leave PSG and fought over Barcelona, Real Madrid, and Juventus.
Until now Neymar has not yet appeared to defend PSG in the new season. PSG supporters have even been annoyed with the 27-year-old player who they think is a money-earner.
Barcelona Start to Give Up
Barcelona had become the leader in the hunt for Neymar. The Catalan club tried to outsmart Neymar's expensive prices by including a number of players in their offer.
However, until now PSG is still rejecting proposals submitted by Barcelona, while time continues to run and the transfer window will be closed soon.
Quoted by the US, a number of media based in Barcelona reported that Barcelona had refused a request submitted by the PSG camp if it wanted to recruit Neymar.
Barcelona feels PSG demand is too high and economically unrealized. Blaugrana also considered to withdraw regularly from this transfer saga.
PSG request
To release Neymar to Barcelona, PSG reportedly asked for 130 million euros in cash, the loan of Ousmane Dembele, and the transfer of Ivan Rakitic and Jean-Clair Todibo.
Barcelona also refused the request. Previously Barca had offered the same proposal, only minus Dembele's loan because the player did not want to play for PSG.
This summer transfer window itself will be closed on Monday (2/9/2019) tomorrow. Therefore, the Neymar transfer saga is believed to be able to find clarity in the near future.
