Liverpool joined the list of clubs that will continue Real Madrid's youth

According to a report, Liverpool are one of the clubs interested in Israeli Real Madrid star Salazar this summer.

The Reds seem to be more focused on recruiting young players as future prospects than chasing big names.

Harvey Elliott signed his second summer contract with Fulham after Sepp van den Berg, a 17-year-old center back, was signed with Dutch club PEC Zwolle for 1.7 million pounds last month.

Now, the Bernabeu Digital states that Liverpool are one of 50 clubs fighting for Salazar. At present, there is not much information available about the 16-year-old player other than what he played for the young Real team.

As a transfer note, he has made eight appearances for the Spanish U16 since his debut in January, scoring two goals.

Klopp recently revealed that a contract extension is a top priority for "transfers" for Liverpool this summer.
