NBA Athlete Chris Paul Invites the Communities to Avoid Soft Drinks

Jakarta - Chris Paul's move from the LA Clippers to the Houston Rockets last year had an interesting positive impact. CP3 now claims to start living a healthy lifestyle and the first step is to stay away from soft drinks that contain sweeteners.
In an interview with The Los Angeles Times, Paul said that the public must be able to ward off huge advertising and promotion of non-alcoholic beverages. Before deciding to consume it, don't forget to analyze the ingredients used to make drinks.

"Moving to Los Angeles has given me a lot of health and nutritional information that I didn't know," Paul was quoted as saying by the Los Angeles Times.

"I no longer eat gluten or artificial sweeteners, and I started doing yoga and pilates diligently, and the results have been seen by my body," said the 33-year-old basketball player.

Consumption of soft drinks containing sweeteners makes it difficult to restore fitness properly. In addition, large-scale promotion by industry often scares risks.

Paul also said that it was not easy to change your lifestyle to be healthier. Unhealthy food and drinks actually have lower prices, and economic factors also play a role in the selection of the family food menu.

"It's easier to manage what you want to eat if finances are improved, but you can do it in many ways to be healthy and have a better future," he said.
