Philippe Coutinho loaned Barcelona to Bayern Munich last summer for one season.

At this time the Brazilian attacking midfielder began to enjoy the atmosphere of the Bundesliga since the start of the 2019-2020 season.

Coutinho gave his opinion regarding the intensity and competition of the German League.

"Bundesliga is a complicated league, it is quite difficult to compete because many teams are both struggling to be the top," he said.

Coutinho said that he would try his best to bring Munich back to lift the Bundesliga trophy this season.

"We want to win game by game, step by step, by continuing to perform well for our fans," he added.

Despite appearing impressive at the start of the season, Coutinho has never found the best performance like when he was still defending Liverpool.

The playmaker has scored six goals in 19 appearances for FC Hollywood this season.

However, coach Hansi Flick provides a defense that Coutinho needs more time and opportunity to shine again.

"Coutinho did his job well, in the end his performance made me fall in love with him," Flick said.
