Marc-Andre ter Stegen, said the victory over Real Madrid at El Clasico would be very meaningful for the Blaugrana.


Barcelona will travel to the Real Madrid headquarters to play the 26th week of the Spanish League on Sunday (1/3/2020).

El Clasico titled match could be the key for both teams in the race for the Spanish League championship in 2019/20 season.

Ahead of the match, Marc-Andre ter Stegen said that victory over his arch-rivals meant everything to the Blaugrana.

"We want to play as usual, we want to master the match, and we want to be better than our opponents.


"This will be a difficult match, but we can stop them (Real Madrid). We have great players, hopefully they cannot approach me."

Barcelona currently occupy the top position in the Spanish league standings by collecting 55 points from 25 matches they have played.

While Los Blancos is one place below Barca with only 2 points adrift.
