Inter Milan coach's expression, Antonio Conte, after the Italian League match against AC Milan at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza, Sunday (02/09/2020).

Inter Milan had fallen behind 0-2 from AC Milan due to being uprooted by Ante Rebic (40th minute) and Zlatan Ibrahimovic (45 + 1 ').

However, Inter were able to get up in the second half by netting four goals.

The Nerazzurri goals were scored by Marcelo Brozovic (51 '), Matias Vecino (54'), Stefan de Vrij (70 '), and Romelu Lukaku (90 + 3').

These results put Inter Milan at the top of the 2019-2020 Italian League standings with 54 points.

After the match, Antonio Conte praised his troops.

"A special night," Antonio Conte said with a happy voice

"The first half showed us how difficult this match was, maybe even more than what we have experienced this season."

"Then we performed well to be able to find balance again, understand what we had to improve, and believe in what we were doing. Credit deserved to be given to the players," Conte said again.

Now Inter have the same points as Juventus.

However, Romelu Lukaku cs (+28) has the right to sit at the top because he has a better goal productivity than Juventus (+21).

Antonio Conte then responded to questions about the opportunity to win Serie A this season.

"It's still too early to talk about what we can achieve," Antonio Conte said.

"We still have to play important matches, starting with the Coppa Italia semifinals against Napoli on Wednesday, then facing Lazio the following weekend. They are very strong in recent years."

"We cannot achieve anything from just a match. We are in the process of developing."

"The players prove today that they have great strength and courage," Conte continued.

Inter Milan defeated AC Milan for the second time in the Serie A party after falling behind at least two goals.

Previously, Inter did that when subverting Milan with a score of 6-5 in November 1949.

"We remained solid from the beginning to the end of the match and found a way out of a difficult situation."

"We must keep this match in mind because it will help us as a team in the future and get through the same difficulties."

"Not everyone can play the second half like that and score four goals against Milan."

"The players knew what was wrong in the first half, so with humility we made a few modifications."

"It is important for us to realize that not all matches can be played in the same way. Tactics not to push opponents too deep can also be a good idea in a number of situations," Conte said.
