Sizzling Appearance, Rashford Asked to Learn from Sterling

Marcus Rashford's appearance right now is not okay. To that end, Manchester United legend Roy Keane asks Rashford to learn from his teammate in the England national team Raheem Sterling.

Sterling returned to impress this season. The former Liverpool player scored five goals for Manchester City in four Premier League matches.

Sterling's impressive appearance also continued on the international stage. He scored in England's 4-0 win over Bulgaria in a Euro 2020 qualifying match on Saturday (07/08/19) at Wembley.

Meanwhile, a different situation was experienced by Rashford. He has failed to score for his club United since the opening match of the Premier League this season.

To overcome the problems faced by Rashford, Keane advised the 21-year-old player to learn from Sterling. He believes the City player can help fulfill Rashford's potential.
"We say before the match he has influenced the match over the past few years," Keane told ITV.

"We talk about Rashford, Rashford, sometimes the best example for any player is one of their teammates.
"Rashford can learn a lot from Sterling, whether to practice with him or observe him at close range.
"It was a good lesson and hopefully he will take the tips we saw in the second half."

Former Arsenal and England right-back Lee Dixon has also highlighted Raheem Sterling's increase over the past few years.

Dixon explained how the 24-year-old had adapted his game to make it difficult for opposing wing-backs.What he does from a full-back point of view is that he used to be predictable, because he used to get the ball and try and do the cut inside," Dixon said."He can go both ways now and he is also following opportunities and crossing at the far post.
"He is a nightmare for full-backs because you don't know whether he will come in or wait back. So you can't protect it. "
