Lukaku Delighted with Inter's Perfect Start

Romelu Lukaku really enjoyed his new adventure with Inter Milan. He hopes to continue his good performance with his new team.

Lukaku joined Inter from Manchester United this summer. The Belgian player was bailed out at a cost of up to 80 million euros.

Lukaku did not take long to show his sharpness in Serie A. The former Everton player has scored two goals in the last two league games.
The 26-year-old striker scored in two Inter matches this season. He helped them keep a perfect record with 2 wins in 2 matches, with Juventus and Torino.

Lukaku's gait in Serie A with Inter is arguably the smoothest running so far. However, he hopes to continue to contribute positively to his new club."Everything is going well. I thank the fans for their welcome," Lukaku told Gazzetta dello Sport.

"I hope to continue the good performance with Inter. At the moment we are doing well: the team is very strong, although we still need to improve."
Inter are currently top of the Serie A standings with a collection of six points from two matches. Lukaku admitted that he was very pleased with the Nerazzurri's start this season.

"Yes, we won two matches and we are a good team, but we have to keep improving every day," he said.
"That is the only way we can achieve our goals, that is what we want."
