Jesse Lingard felt frustrated having to go home from England

Offensive midfielder Jesse Lingard is frustrated at having to go home earlier than the English national team. The Manchester United player has been removed from the player list due to injury.

Jesse Lingard was initially included in the list of players called up by Gareth Southgate on the English national team. The 26-year-old is ready for Euro 2020 qualification against Bulgaria and Kosovo.

However, before the match against Bulgaria on Saturday (09/09/2019), Jesse Lingard was sick. He can't play for the Three Lions team. Southgate then crossed out the name of Jesse Lingard from the English national team.

Jesse Lingard was frustrated

Jesse Lingard did not play well with Manchester United at the start of the 2019/2020 season. Therefore, the appeal of the English national team has a very important meaning for Jesse Lingard. He has steps to prove its quality.

However, Jesse Lingard was sick and could not play. At first, manager Gareth Southage was still watching Jesse Lingard's final situation before the match against Bulgaria. However, he did not recover in time.

"I feel frustrated because this disease means I cannot be involved in the next two matches," said Jesse Lingard, who registered on his Twitter account.

The English national team went through the Bulgaria match smoothly. Gareth Southgate's team gets the most points. England won 4-0. Harry Kane scored three goals and another goal from Raheem Sterling.

England are currently improving smoothly in Group A qualification for Euro 2020. England lead Group A with nine points in three matches. England scored 14 goals and conceded only one goal.
