Injury Engkel, Alexandre Lacazette absent strengthen his arsenal until October
The Premier League giants Arsenal were hit hard after attacks on star striker Alexandre Lacazette, who suffered an ankle injury.
On its official website, Arsenal said Lacazette complained of an ankle problem in his left foot. Apparently, France felt this injury for several weeks.
The Arsenal medical team also advised Lacazette to rest to restore his condition. The Gunners said the 28-year-old could not play until October.
Lacazette's injury could clearly make Unai Emery's manager dizzy because the former Lyon player looked quite impressive at the start of the season.
So far, Lacazette has scored two goals in three Premier League appearances, one against Burnley and Tottenham Hotspur.
Lacazette will certainly miss the Arsenal visit to Watford headquarters this weekend. After that, Arsenal will face Eintracht Frankfurt in the opening match of the European League this season
In addition to Lacazette's injury, Arsenal have also announced the latest updates on other players' fitness conditions. Fortunately, this is good news for Arsenal.
Arsenal said four of their previously injured defenders have now returned to training with the first team.
The four defenders are Rob Holding, Dinos Mavropanos, Hector Bellerin and their new recruit, Kieran Tierney.
