Belgian national team player Youri Tielemans can shake the English league by joining a loan from French league club As Monaco in Leicester City in January 2019.

Tielemans has scored three goals and five assists in 13 matches with the club dubbed The Foxes.

However, the 22-year-old player then chose to join Leicester City on permanent status.

He signed a four-year contract to join the Brendan Rodgers team in the summer of 2019.

Tielemans revealed that his decision was based on success after being loaned to King Power Stadium.

Manchester Evening News, several reasons explain why he chose to play with Leicester.

"In the summer transfer window, I'm happy that many big clubs are interested in me," Tielemans said.

"I had to make a decision about my career at a young age, and it's true, the transfer price of around 45 million euros (around 703 billion rupees) did not change anything.

"They will know that I am at Leicester, my loan is very impressive, I want to continue playing at this club," Tielemans said.
