Diego Simeone doesn't really like Atletico this season

Atletico Madrid coach Diego Simeone admitted he did not want to raise his head after letting his team win three wins in three LaLiga matches this season. He even said he didn't really like the Atletico team this season.

Atletico has indeed become one of the busiest clubs in the summer transfer market. They brought a large number of young players to fill the gaps left by some veteran workers.

"Repeating the start of a perfect La Liga is now no problem. In the 2013-14 season, we have experienced players like Raul Garcia, Gabi and Tiago Mendes. For now we have many young players," Diego Simeone said on the Espana Football website.

"Among the young players we have today are Thomas Partey, Joao Felix, Thomas Lemar, Renan Lodi, Mario Hermoso and Saul Niguez. In 2013-14, we had better players and considered each party to be the last game", Simeone continued.

Of the three parties in action, Atletico only managed to win by a goal difference. They won 1-0 over Leganes and Getafe. Last week, they even scored two goals behind Eibar before finishing the match 3-2.

These three tight wins gave Atletico the right to occupy first place LaLiga with a collection of nine points. Two points above Athletic Bilbao in second place.
