Eintracht Frankfurt and AC Milan accept player exchanges

In anticipation of the closing of the summer transfer market, AC Milan and Eintracht Frankfurt have reached an agreement on player exchanges. If nothing prevents, Ante Rebic will go to the San Siro, while Andre Silva will be moored at the Commerzbank Arena.

When Eintracht Frankfurt defeated Fortuna Duesseldorf 2-1 on Sunday (1/9/2019), the name Ante Rebic did not belong to the Adi Huetter team. The Croatian national team player finally traveled to Milan to undergo a medical examination during the final stages of the transfer process.

According to Italian football, Ante Rebic arrived in Milan on Sunday night. "I am very happy to be here, Forza Milan!" The player said at the airport landing at Football5Star.com quoted by Football Italia.

Confirmation of the transfer agreement disclosed Fredi Bobic, Director of Sports Eintracht Frankfurt. "The two clubs have reached an agreement and if everything goes well, Silva will become a player of Eintracht and Rebic will join Milan," he said.

After the match against Düsseldorf, Huetter also commented on transfer activities involving Ante Rebic. He claimed to be heavy enough to lose players. However, he thinks that Andre Silva will be a worthy replacement for Eintracht Frankfurt striker.

"This is not an easy day for us because of various stories about Ante, but instead we will have Andre Silva, who also has a proven track record for the time being, we just need to look at the statistics. There we can see that good players will come here, "said Eintracht Frankfurt coach, Weltfussball.
