Cristiano Ronaldo will score 40 goals this season

No one doubts the sharpness of Cristiano Ronaldo. Former Lazio and AS Roma coach Zdenek Zeman believes Ronaldo will score around 40 goals with Juventus this season.

Ronaldo joined Juventus in the summer of last year. He was saved from Real Madrid at a cost of around 100 million euros.

The Portuguese star immediately had a big impact in Italy. He won Serie A in his first season with the Bianconeri and scored 28 goals in all competitions.

Ronaldo also won the award for best player in Serie A 2018/2019. However, the 34-year-old is ranked third in the UEFA best player trophy contest.

Zeman is still confident that Ronaldo will be the top scorer this season. It is believed that the former Real Madrid player managed to score 40 goals.
Zeman also gave a competition record in Serie A this season. According to him, this season will not be boring anymore.

"This year will not be boring, the Serie A team is trying to play well to entertain the fans," he said.

"Juventus have a team that can make them advance, I think we will find out in a few matches."
