Position 6 finish is good for Chelsea
"Chelsea cannot recruit anyone, they lose their best players and cannot replace them. They have to give young players a chance and some of them have never played in the Premier League before. I think sixth place is good for them," Johnson Soccerway said.
Unfortunately, the Blues could not find a replacement. Therefore they are subject to a transfer embargo. As a result, Chelsea had to remind some of the young players they lent.
Johnson also said he was surprised to see the performance of the young Blues striker, Tammy Abraham. The name has contributed eight goals and one assist in ten matches this season.
"I didn't know Tammy Abraham was capable of last season. I'm happy to see him. Maybe there are bigger young players out there and if given the chance, they will take it with both hands," Johnson said.
Chelsea are in seventh position in the English League. The Blues collected 11 points from seven matches.
