Manchester United Called Will Not Champion Until The Next Two Years
Paul Scholes has blocked Manchester United in the competition for the trophy in the next two seasons. He believes that the quality of Manchester United is not strong enough to compete with other tough rivals.
After four matches in the 2019/20 Premier League, Manchester United still show instability. After winning 4-0 in the first match, Manchester United could only pick two draws and one defeat.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer believes that his team only needs time. However, MU has now begun the process of change by relying on young players.
Therefore, Scholes is not convinced that MU is now entitled to compete for the trophy. Read the full review below, Bolaneters!
Prohibited two years
Scholes doesn't want to beat around the bush. He said the quality of MU no longer matched the competition with other big teams in the Premier League. Because of this, he believes that Manchester United cannot compete in at least the next two seasons.
"I think you almost have to face Manchester United in the competition for the next two years - this team - until Ole Gunnar Solskjaer rejects unwanted players, he has four or five transfer markets," Scholes said on Sky Sports.
"MU will be behind Manchester City, Liverpool, Chelsea and Tottenham."
Senior Player
The reason for Scholes is quite strong. Currently, Solskjaer is trying to build a team that relies on young players. Of course, it takes time to build this newly formed small team.
"I think with MU now you have to be patient with young players, but experienced players must prove themselves," continued Scholes.
