Ivan Gazidis acknowledged AC Milan and relegation were almost bankrupt

However, the former official believes Arsenal can bring Milan back on top again and become a respected club.

"We want to bring back over Italy and be respected in Europe. We are an ambitious club and have been proven in our desire to build a new stadium and invest 1.2 billion euros," Ivan Gazidis said.
