Where the Best Player of the Jersey Ronaldo goes
Of the two inaugural matches of the 2019/2020 Italian League, Juventus striker Cristiano Ronaldo is seen not wearing the badge of his best player.
Serie A gave special awards to its best players last season. From goalkeepers to strikers and young players and the best players in the 2018/2019 Italian League, were given a special badge.
Samir Handanovic was the best goalkeeper last season, followed by Kalidou Koulibaly (Napoli / best defender), Sergej Milinkovic-Savic (Lazio / best midfielder), Fabio Quagliarella (Sampdoria / best striker), Nicolo Zaniolo (AS Roma / best young player), and Lazio / best midfielder), Fabio Quagliarella (Sampdoria / best striker), Nicolo Zaniolo (AS Roma / best young player), and Ronaldo (best player).
That special badge will be displayed on the jersey of the best players. Except for Ronaldo, the other five players wore special badges from the first two matches.
Why isn't Ronaldo wearing it? Reported by Marca, Ronaldo reportedly did not want to look great in the eyes of his colleagues. He also chose not to wear it. The special badge itself is not a mandatory addition so that the Portuguese player's decision did not break the rules.
