Still Hungry Degree, De Gea Signs New Contract at Manchester United

David De Gea future rumors finally responded. The guard made sure to last longer at Manchester United by pressing a new contract.

David De Gea increased the length of his contract for four years. In other words, it won't go anywhere as reported recently.

the guardians of the Spanish national team have good reasons ready to extend the contract until 2023. He is still hungry for the title at Old Trafford and is sure to win again.

"Extension of this contract is an honor for me to be able to spend eight years at a club of that size. Continuing his career at Manchester United is an honor," De Gea said as reported by the club's official website on Monday (09/16/2019).

"I never thought I could play more than 350 matches. Now my future is certain and I want to help this team to get the trophy as before," he said.

As one of the club's senior players nicknamed The Red Devils, the former Atletico Madrid goalkeeper wants a good example for young players.

"I am one of the senior players on the team now and I want to support and lead young players to develop. The most important thing is to plant their thoughts about the importance of the game here," added David De Gea.
