Sanchez and Inter are both thirsty for the Trophy
Inter Milan are almost a decade of fasting the trophy. Alexis Sanchez, hungry for the title, wants to help the Nerazzurri complete his title fasting.
Sanchez was loaned to Inter by Manchester United for a season. There is no permanent option in the contract and Inter must pay around 30-40 percent of Sanchez's total salary of 400 thousand pounds after tax deduction.
Sanchez's passion for the trophy is the reason he joined Inter. Especially for 1.5 seasons to strengthen MU, Sanchez failed miserably in terms of personal and team achievements.
"I am here to fight for something. The coach also wants to win and that is why I am here," Sanchez was quoted as saying on the club's official website.
While still an Arsenal player, Sanchez won the 2015 FA Cup and 2017. Earlier in Barcelona, the 30-year-old player won a total of six major trophies, including the LaLiga title and the Inter Club World Cup.
He understood that Inter were so eager to win the trophy after the last Coppa Italia 2011. Therefore he promised to fight as hard as possible to end the fasting of his club title.
"I want to win the trophy, but we have to fight together. If we stay solid as a whole, we can achieve success."
