Qualifying results for the European Cup: Ronaldo Quat-trick, Portugal Gasak Lithuania 5-1

Cristiano Ronaldo inspired Portugal to welcome Lithuania 5-1 in European Cup qualification until 2020. Ronaldo scored four goals.
Lithuania faces Portugal in a Group B match at LFF Vilniaus on Wednesday (9/9/2019). Portugal's goal began when the match lasted only seven minutes.

Ronaldo converted the price of the penalty by sending Ernestas Setkus in the wrong direction to change the score to 1-0. Penalties were awarded to Selecao das Quinas after Saulius Mikoliunas's handball.

Portugal excellence lasted 20 minutes. Lithuania surprised Portugal after equalizing by Vytautas Andriukevicius after maximizing the pass of Mantas Kuklys. 1-1 score lasted until the interval of the match.

Portugal's attempt to return to the top 2-1 in the 61st minute. Ronaldo fired speculation from a distance, but without danger. Setkus actually made a mistake after failing to stop it perfectly, so the ball hit his head before entering the Lithuanian goal.

This advantage makes Portugal more confident. Four minutes later, Ronaldo scored his hat-trick after completing Rafa Silva's cross from close range.

Portugal maintained the score 4-1 in the 76th minute. Bernardo Silva has plenty of room behind the Lithuanian midfielder to dribble. Bernardo's movement ended with a revolutionary pass that released Ronaldo before he was easily finished by Ronaldo.

Far superior did not make the Portuguese attack loose. Finally, in stoppage time, Portugal succeeded in giving birth to his fifth goal from William Carvalho, starting from the corner.

With this victory, Portugal are second in the group standings after scoring 8 points in four matches. Portugal is still five points behind Ukraine, which leads the standings.
