Marcus Rashford: Solskjaer needs time at Manchester United

Manchester United striker Marcus Rashford spoke about the situation of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer on his team. Rashford said all MU players had confidence that Solskjaer could bring United back to a respected team.

Appointed as United's mission keeper at the end of 2018 yesterday, Solskjaer began his career as a tactician. In April, he gained the confidence to become the manager of the Red Devils.

But since the end of last season, United's performance has continued to decline and has not been consistent. This shows that the 46-year-old is the right number for United.

But Rashford insisted that the MU players fully supported the coach. "All our players have confidence in the manager," Rashford told BBC Sports.
Rashford acknowledged that United's current performance is still unstable. But he added that Solskjaer had developed a system that would enable United to succeed in the future.

"Today we are not doing exactly what the coach wants, but I can say that our initial view of the tactics and training sessions he has done is phenomenal."
"For me, the coach's plan is not based on this season or the next match, he has plans for us to achieve a lot of success over the years."

Rashford also asked United fans not to try Solskjaer too quickly.
Rashford thinks Solskjaer is a good manager for MU and needs time to plan perfectly.

"I think Olle needs support to get the team back in position, we don't need to change managers because we never let this team adapt perfectly." he said.
Manchester United started the 2019/2020 season with inconsistent results.
They only won one of their first four EPL matches this season.
