Injury Problems Increase Madrid, Marcelo Rota Tumbang

Real Madrid's storm damage hasn't disappeared. This time Marcelo has a problem and is expected to miss the match against Paris Saint-Germain.

Monday (09/16/2019), Madrid issued a statement regarding the status of Marcelo. Brazilian defender called a wound in the neck.

Madrid does not specify how long Marcelo will lose. However, media in Spain predicts Marcelo will not be able to play during the trip from Madrid to PSG seats on the Champions League big day, Thursday (09/19 2019) morning.

Marcelo obtained an injury during Madrid's match against Levante in the Spanish League last weekend. He fell and has received good treatment and continues to play.

According to the US, Marcelo had attended the Madrid training session with the team on Monday (09/16/2019). But 31 years later, complained of neck pain and undergo a medical examination.

Marcelo's absence added to the long list of Madrid injuries. Zinedine Zidane found Isco loss, Luka Modric, Fede Valverde and Marco Asensio for the match against PSG.

Madrid will go out to Paris without Sergio Ramos and Nacho Fernandez exposed to card accumulation. Marcelo's position in the starting XI is likely to be replaced by Mendy Ferland.
