I'm Always a Black Goat at Real Madrid
Wales striker Gareth Bale admitted that he could not play happily at Real Madrid. Because he often feels scapegoat several times.
Last season, critics often spoke to Bale. He was accused as one of the causes of the poor performance of Real Madrid at various events. Especially after failing to pay the hopes of the public who want to see Cristiano Ronaldo's replacement.
In the last match of last season, he was no longer played by Zinedine Zidane as a coach. Then rumors about the 30-year-old's player movements surfaced.
Bale will leave the Santiago Bernabeu to join Chinese club Jiangsu Suning. But before his departure, Real Madrid closed all matches and Bale again became the main choice.
Last season can be considered as one of Basel's dark moments. He also felt this because he was often the target of unjust violations. Even former Tottenham members can't play happily.
"I understand that I often make scapegoats - I don't take it seriously, even though it might not be entirely fair," Bale told Sky Sports.
"It was difficult at the end of last season, nobody challenged him, not only for me, but also for the team, I don't want to say that I played happily, but I played", he continued.
"When I play, I'm professional and I always give what I can, whether for the club or for the country," Bale added.
So far, Bale has had three league matches with starter status. In fact, he lived two minutes for two minutes. However, that does not mean he will be saved from Real Madrid at the end of this season.
"I am sure there will always be surprises, honestly, I think that is something you have to discuss with Real Madrid, and that is between me and them, and we will make a decision." he said.
Currently, Bale and the Wales national team lead the qualifying matches for the European Cup. Action with Real Madrid can only be seen towards the end of next week, when they meet Levante in La Liga.
