Appeal to CAS, Chelsea Hopes To Be Able To Shop Players

Fresh air comes to Chelsea fans. The Blues could have bought a player in the January 2020 transfer window after being penalized with a financial penalty for playing the FIFA fair.

Sanctions prevented them from doing much in the transfer market last summer. As a result, Chelsea can only bring in two new players, namely Mateo Kovacic, who has borrowed one season from Real Madrid and Christian Pulisic.

Fortunately, Chelsea's young players can look smooth. As a new coach, Frank Lampard can utilize the talents of Tammy Abraham and Mason Mount.

Chelsea's own management is currently seeking an appeal from the Arbitration Court for Sports (CAS) following the immediate dismissal of its appeal to FIFA.

Coming from Metro, Chelsea hoped their call to CAS could reduce their sentence to a transfer window. Given the mirror in the Manchester City case, they can escape the same sentence.

Meanwhile, the Daily Mirror reported that Chelsea officials were optimistic about the acceptance of the CAS appeal. Therefore they will agree to move to the January transfer window.

Therefore, if a call is received, they will clean. Hopefully they will be able to control the game in the second round later.
