Ankle injury, Lacazette is absent until October
London - Arsenal striker Alexandre Lacazette has an ankle injury. He also had to stop until October.
This news was sent by Arsenal on the official website. Lacazette suffered this injury a few weeks ago.
"After checking his ankles, we advise Alex to rest and strengthen his condition so that he returns perfectly," wrote Arsenal's statement on Friday (9/13/2019).
"Alex has been playing injured for several weeks and will return in October."
Arsenal will have five matches in the remainder of September. Three of them are in the Premier League, including against Watford, Aston Villa and Manchester United. The rest each fought against Eintracht Frankfurt in the European League and Forest Nottingham in the English League Cup.
In early October, Arsenal will face Manchester United
Throughout this season, Lacazette has played in the last three Arsenal games. The Frenchman scored twice.
