After Extending the Contract, Eric Gordon Will Focus on Helping the Rockets to Win

The Houston Rockets basketball player Eric Gordon said he was happy to have received a contract extension for the next four years. Gordon is now determined to work hard and help his team win as much as possible.
 
As is known, Stapac has officially resigned from the IBL competition because most of their players were called by the national team to undergo training camp. Kim Hong as a wise boss then understood this and finally took the solution that he considered the best. Like it or not, Stapac has to quit the IBL competition because it doesn't have enough players. He also did not want IBL to find a way out forcibly where it could interfere with the training program of the national team.

"Our case is different. We really do not have players. IBL is also difficult to find a solution. IBL had offered to return two players. But I said, that would not solve the problem. Because, the national team needed that player," said Kim Hong when interviewed by local media.

"Do not return it only because of the interests of the club. The player has pride when defending the Indonesian national team. Not only because it prevents us from resigning, then sacrificing the pride of the players. That is also not a good solution. Although withdrawing from the league, but we (Stapac management) are ready to escort players "We are in the Indonesian national team. Making sure their rights are fulfilled. Making sure no one is harmed by our decision to withdraw from the league," he said.
