Suspending Samuel Eto'o Shoes

Samuel Eto'o decided to quit football. He hung up at 38, after 22 years of football.

Eto'o announced his decision through his personal Instagram, Setoo9. "It's over, for a new challenge, thank you, lots of love for you," Eto'o said in his photo upload.

Eto'o began his professional career with Real Madrid in 1997. With El Real, he did not have much time to play.

With Mallorca, Eto'o has shown its great potential. In 120 matches, he scored 48 goals. The Copa del Rey title was won in Mallorca during the 2002/2003 season. With Okenya's appearance, Barcelona wants to take him to the 2004/2005 season.

Eto'o spent five seasons with the Catalan team. He has won eight trophies. Including two Champions League titles.

After Barca, Eto'o joined Inter Milan during the 2009/2010 season. In his first season with the Nerazzurri, Eto'o won a triple.

As a soccer player, Eto'o has strengthened 13 clubs in more than two decades. Qatar SC has become the last club from the Cameroon player.
