Chelsea young striker Tammy Abraham recently revealed the secrets of the performance. Abraham said that Frank Lampard's trust was the reason he began to perform well at Chelsea.

Abraham is one of the young players orbiting Lampard this season. The coach believes he is Chelsea's main striker.

Abraham himself began to respond to the coach's trust. He has scored four goals in four EPL matches this season.

Abraham said he could look slippery with the support of the manager. "He [Lampard] always gives me confidence," Abraham told the Mirror.


Fully confident

Abraham said he was very grateful for being coached by Lampard this season.

He thought the coach was very different from the previous Chelsea coach, where he truly believed in young players.

"He [Lampard] really believes in young players and he really believes in me."


Support at critical times

Abraham admitted that when he failed to execute a penalty in the European Super Cup yesterday, he was at the peak of his career.

But he said Lampard continued to support him and that was why he could improve his performance.

"As a player, you must have lived the worst, and I have lived it, but he [Lampard] still continues to trust me." he said.



Be the pillar

Abraham himself will most likely be a key player at Lampard this weekend.

He will be considered a central striker during the Blues visit to Mollineux, Wolverhampton headquarters.
