New Manchester United midfielder Picky, next January

Manchester United is ready to offer transfer funds to Ole Gunnar Solskjaer to bring in a new midfielder in January.

Solskjaer never achieved his goals for United midfielder during the summer transition period, namely Sean Longstaff from Newcastle and Sporting Lisbon star Bruno Fernandes.

However, with two players still available at their respective clubs, according to Metro Evening News, the club's council continues to consider the arrival of famous players in January, including to strengthen the Red Devils midfield.

Solskjaer stressed that the players still need time to adapt to their demands on the field. He also brushed aside concerns about the quality and depth of his team this season.

The Reds have pocketed 73 million pounds from the sale of Romelu Lukaku to Inter Milan and have opened up space to attract new players after Alexis Sanchez's loan to Italy.

United, who are apparently ready to release Paul Pogba in January, still want 200 million euros (3.18 billion Rupiah) for the French star.
