Milan and Frankfurt Borrowing Each Other, Silva Swapped Rebic

AC Milan and Eintracht Frankfurt officially exchange players on loan. The Rossoneri handed Andre Silva, while Frankfurt gave up Ante Rebic. Certainty was announced by Milan and Frankfurt on their respective official sites, less than two hours to the closing of the summer transfer market, Tuesday (2/9/2019). Both Silva and Rebic both passed medical tests. Milan has also given Rebic's loan contract to the Lega Serie A authorities, so that it can be registered immediately. The loan is feared canceled because Silva is said to be failing medical tests given the condition of his knee is not good. But, Frankfurt still pass the loan in because they need a new striker to replace Luka Jovic and Sebastian Haller who left. Initially both teams agreed to borrow for one season and a permanent option of 25 million euros at the end of the season. But, the agreement changed to two years without a permanent contract.
