Klopp Glad Liverpool Can Overcome Soccer Over Burnley

Chris Wood's own goal from a Trent Alexander-Arnold cross opened the scoring after 33 minutes of the match before goals from Sadio Mane and Roberto Firmino sealed Liverpool's three points.

"I said that before, it was the best game we have ever played since I was with the players," Klopp told the Liverpool official website.

"We were really there, we won almost every ball, which was quite difficult against Barnes and Wood. Then they had a good formation for the top balls."

The win against Burnley saw the Reds now record their 13th consecutive win in the Premier League, surpassing the record of 12 matches set by Kenny Dalglish's team in 1990.

"We had a moment of course, then scored a lucky goal, but I think we are still worthy of winning 1-0," continued Klopp.

"The second goal, brilliant. Very brilliant. Winning the ball, making decisions very quickly and then a super pass from Bobby and a super goal from Sadio."
