Inter Milan president's message for Icardi at PSG

After much controversy at Inter Milan, Mauro Icardi is certain to stay at Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) in the transfer market this summer. President Steven Zhang also conveyed his message regarding the 26-year-old striker's move.

Mauro Icardi officially left Inter Milan for PSG on the closing day of the transfer in the summer of 2019. The Argentine striker came to PSG on loan for one season with an additional call option.

Icardi was exiled from the Nerazzurri team last season after a dispute over contracts and wages. It is also not part of the plan of new coach Antonio Conte with the club based in Giuseppe Meazza.

However, Steven Zhang does not seem to want the problem to continue. He also hopes that Mauro Icardi will once again enjoy the atmosphere of the match against PSG.

"Icardi is a good figure and a good player. PSG president told me he was happy to have Icardi," Steven Zhang was quoted as saying by Italian football.

"I pray for the best for him and I am comfortable playing on the field," he said.
