Devin Booker To Lakers, Knicks Or Celtics

Is Devin Booker traded to the Los Angeles Lakers, the New York Knicks, or the Boston Celtics? That's impossible, but strange things have happened. Booker has been widely seen as the cornerstone of the Phoenix Suns rebuilding effort since he was recruited in 2015. Although only 22 years old, Booker has spent four years in the NBA. Related: Will the Lakers Set aside DeMarcus's Cousin after Leaking Threatened Death? Having a lot of professional experience brings both positive and negative. On the positive side, his talent cannot be denied. Last year, Booker averaged 26.6 points per game and 6.8 assists. He has averaged at least 20 points per game each season since his rookie campaign. On the downside, Booker never even almost sniffed out the playoff series. In addition, Phoenix was never even a little good during his time as a team tent star. Now a reasonable case can clearly be made that Booker never had a lot of talent around him and that he played in the West, but his notes still speak for himself. Recently, a number of chats began to develop in the internet circle which might not be long for Booker for Phoenix if they didn't start off well. To be clear - no one expects them to fight for the title. But some similarities to competent team basketball would be good. So, if things don't go well for the Suns to start the year and they decide to move Booker, where can he go? Well, there are several options. Bradley Beal looks like he will be the ideal offensive player for them to partner with LeBron James and Anthony Davis, but Booker can work too. What should Los Angeles give? Kyle Kuzma, at the very least. And maybe so much more. If the Lakers are unable to gather enough assets to move, then the Knicks might. New York must give up at least Julius Randle, Mitchell Robinson and / or Kevin Knox, and maybe RJ Barrett. If it wasn't New York, the Celtics would have been in the conversation too.
