Chelsea youths cheer for Frank Lampard


Three young Chelsea players came out in a big win over Wolverhampton Wanderers. Frank Lampard could not be happier.

Chelsea won 5-2 during a visit to the Molineux stadium on Saturday (09/14/2019), the night hrs in the English league. Tammy Abraham scored a hat trick in the match, while the other two goals were shared equally between Fikayo Tomori and Mason Mount.


This is Chelsea's second win in the first five weeks of the Premier League this season.

"I am very happy, I think we have found a performance where we did not get the results we wanted, it is important to come to Wolves' headquarters and win convincingly, and we must continue now." Chelsea director Frank Lampard was quoted as saying by the BBC.

Lampard is even more proud of three young people whose faith shone in this match.


Three goalscorers are young players who must become new stars at Stamford Bridge. Tomori and Abraham are only 21 years old, Gunung is still 20 years old.

"I am happy for everyone, but especially for Fikayo Tomori, who has worked so hard from the beginning until now, that was extraordinary," Lampard continued.

"Also, Tammy Abraham and Mason Mount, we try to provide opportunities for young players, they score goals, maximize opportunities and show us why we must continue to include them in the team."

"They deserve it, they have quality but also love for the club, because they have step by step, but this result is not only because of young players, players like Willian offer fantastic performances that are just as important," said the former Chelsea midfielder.
