Barcelona is calm about the future of Lionel Messi

Barcelona - We speculate about the future of Lionel Messi in Barcelona. Los Cules President Josep Maria Bartomeu responded to a discussion about La Pulga.

Messi's contract with Barca is still valid until 2021. The 32-year contract gives the right to leave free if the duration of the bond is two years.

Barca defender Gerard Pique revealed that Messi was free to leave the Catalan at the end of each season. Bartomeu also discussed it.

"Messi is still under contract until 2021. Indeed, there is an agreement at the end of the season for the past two years, he can go for free," Bartomeu said on Barca TV.

"He has the freedom to determine his future, but he is very Cule (Barcelona supporter) and I am calm," he added.

Messi spent 15 seasons at Barcelona. He recorded 687 matches with a contribution of 603 goals. Messi won 34 trophies.
