GLI Azzurri must be left first in this fight.

Alexander Karapetian was able to open a goal for the host in the 11th minute. Italy responded in the 28th minute through Andrea Belotti.

At the end of the first round Armenia had to lose players after Karapetian was sent off the field. Superior number of players, not necessarily make Mancini's troops easily score additional goals.

They were only able to turn around in the 77th minute through Lorenzo Pellegrini. Belotti completed the victory of Italy after scoring a brace three minutes later.

Despite winning, Mancini admitted that his team had made difficulties by the Armenian defense game. The host implements 'bus parking' after losing one player.

"I don't know if this is our worst performance. I said we would have a hard time because an easy match is gone," Mancini told Rai Sport.

"We started the game not too well with a goal conceded. But we can equalize before the break," he continued.

"On the one hand, the Armenian red card also harms us. Armenia only focuses on surviving with 10 people and at all leaves no room. If they still play with 11 people, this team will definitely choose to play attack."

"People think that the Coach is just to motivate his team. But the reality is that Armenia is physically superior to us," he said.

These additional three points alone succeeded in bringing Italy even stronger at the top of Group J. They managed to win a perfect point of 15 out of five matches.
